Thick, well defined eyebrows not only define our look as they frame our eyes but are also considered masculine.

Eyebrow transplantation and restoration can help people whose eyebrows are lost due to various systemic diseases, alopecia areata or infections.

Eyebrow transplantation is similar to hair transplantation where hair from a donor site is harvested and transplanted to the recipient site. However due to the eyebrows unique pattern of hair growth only single hair grafts are used.

  • Eye brow transplantation is performed under local anesthesia.
  • Hair harvested from a donor site is divided into single hair grafts and transplanted to the recipient site at a very acute angle ensuring that it follows the natural curve of the eyebrow.
  • Recovery period for eyebrow transplantation is 1 week.
  • You will experience a little discomfort but no pain.
  • You can return home a few hours after the surgery.
  • Do not participate in strenuous exercise for about a week after the surgery
  • Avoid exposure to harsh sunlight for 3 months after surgery

You are a suitable candidate for eyebrow transplantation if

  • You have loss of eyebrows due to a systemic disease or injury
  • You are in good physical health
  • You are preferably a non-smoker
