Eyebrows define our look as they frame our eyes. Eyebrow transplantation and restoration can help re grow the eyebrows that are lost due to various reasons such as systemic diseases, alopecia areata, infections, repeated plucking or genetic tendency for thin eyebrows that disappear over time.

Eyebrow transplantation is similar to hair transplantation where hair from a donor site is harvested and transplanted to the recipient site. However eyebrow transplantation is different from other hair transplantations due to the eyebrows unique pattern of hair growth.


Eyebrow transplantation is performed under local anesthesia. In this procedure, hair harvested from a donor site is divided into single hair grafts and transplanted to the recipient site at a very acute angle ensuring that it follows the natural curve of the eyebrow.

  • Recovery from eyebrow transplantation is 1 week.
  • You will experience very little discomfort but no pain.
  • You will return home a few hours after the surgery.
  • Ensure that you do not participate in strenuous exercise for about a week after the surgery
  • Avoid exposure to harsh sunlight for 3 months after surgery
